Colours and sounds become surreal and more vivid; time perception changes and the body often feels detached from consciousness. Logical thought processes are disrupted, but a sense of oneness with the universe emerges. In the final phase, drowsiness and intense hunger may occur.
How do you increase the stone effect?
To get the strongest effects from Indica, avoid hydration. Water and other fluids flush psychoactive substances from the bloodstream. Eating is also not recommended as food contains chemicals that dilute the psychoactive effects. For a fuller stone effect it is best to stay in a closed room – oxygen saturation of the cells also reduces the effect. In addition, warm temperatures accelerate the metabolism and shorten the duration of the effect. In summary, for an intense stone effect, stay in a cool room and avoid physical activity.
