The cultivation of Indian hemp, which can produce dried material with high concentrations of psychoactive THC, is strictly prohibited in Poland and is punishable by imprisonment. The only legal way to obtain cannabis with THC concentrations above 0.3% is to obtain a prescription and purchase it from a pharmacy. <\/p>\n\n

Penalties for marijuana cultivation are particularly severe, ranging from imprisonment and fines to the loss of a driver\u2019s license. The maximum penalty for illegal cultivation is 10 years in prison and substantial fines. The final sentence depends on several factors, including the extent of the cultivation, its purpose, and the individual\u2019s criminal history. Poland conducts numerous police operations to combat the production and distribution of drugs. As long as the law remains unchanged, cultivation is completely prohibited and is a high-risk activity. <\/p>\n\n

CBD Hemp<\/h2>\n\n

Hemp products containing no more than 0.3% THC are legal in Poland and can be purchased without additional permits. These products typically contain hemp flowers with high concentrations of CBD and THC within legal limits. Hemp cultivation within these THC concentration limits is also allowed in Poland, but special permits from the Ministry of Agriculture are required, and the plants must be one of the varieties registered in the European Union. In addition to dried flowers, hemp can be processed and used as a raw material for the production of oils, cosmetics, tea and other products, provided that the legal concentration limits are observed. <\/p>\n\n

Cannabis seeds (with high THC content) are not prohibited in Poland and can be legally purchased and possessed.
