{"id":25538,"date":"2025-06-18T09:31:37","date_gmt":"2025-06-18T06:31:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/seedweed.pl\/zwroty\/"},"modified":"2026-02-03T13:54:46","modified_gmt":"2026-02-03T10:54:46","slug":"zwroty","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/seedweed.pl\/en\/zwroty\/","title":{"rendered":"Consumer returns"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-page\" data-elementor-id=\"25538\" class=\"elementor elementor-25538 elementor-12\" data-elementor-post-type=\"page\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6612ed9 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"6612ed9\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-688bd439 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"688bd439\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><strong data-start=\"254\" data-end=\"268\">Complaints<\/strong><\/h3><ol><li data-start=\"270\" data-end=\"571\">Seed Weed takes full responsibility for ensuring that all products comply with the terms of the sales agreement.<\/li><li data-start=\"270\" data-end=\"571\">In the event of physical or legal defects, the Seller\u2019s liability towards the Buyer \u2014 as defined in Title XI, Section II of the Polish Civil Code \u2014 applies to Buyers who are Consumers.<\/li><li data-start=\"573\" data-end=\"743\">The Seller\u2019s liability under warranty (r\u0119kojmia) for Buyers who are not Consumers is regulated by the Civil Code of 23 April 1964 (Dz.U. 1964 Nr 16, poz. 93, as amended).<\/li><li data-start=\"745\" data-end=\"1076\">The Buyer is required to <strong data-start=\"770\" data-end=\"833\">check the condition of the parcel immediately upon delivery<\/strong>, especially for any visible damage to the packaging or tamper-proof seals.<br data-start=\"908\" data-end=\"911\" \/>If any damage is detected, the Buyer must <strong data-start=\"953\" data-end=\"987\">notify the courier immediately<\/strong> and contact the online store via<br data-start=\"1020\" data-end=\"1023\" \/><strong data-start=\"1026\" data-end=\"1049\"><a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1028\" data-end=\"1047\">contact@seedweed.pl<\/a><\/strong> or <strong data-start=\"1056\" data-end=\"1075\">+48 790 361 522<\/strong>.<\/li><li data-start=\"1078\" data-end=\"1244\">If the Buyer finds that the product does not comply with the sales agreement, they must inform the Seller. Complaints may be submitted in one of the following ways:<ul><li data-start=\"1078\" data-end=\"1244\">By completing the <strong data-start=\"1266\" data-end=\"1284\">complaint form<\/strong>,<\/li><li data-start=\"1288\" data-end=\"1340\"><p data-start=\"1290\" data-end=\"1340\">By sending an e-mail to <strong data-start=\"1314\" data-end=\"1337\"><a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1316\" data-end=\"1335\">contact@seedweed.pl<\/a><\/strong>,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1341\" data-end=\"1380\"><p data-start=\"1343\" data-end=\"1380\">By calling us at <strong data-start=\"1360\" data-end=\"1379\">+48 790 361 522<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li data-start=\"1341\" data-end=\"1380\"><p data-start=\"1343\" data-end=\"1380\">When returning a product under complaint, the Buyer must include a <strong data-start=\"1449\" data-end=\"1470\">written statement<\/strong> containing:<\/p><ul><li data-start=\"1484\" data-end=\"1516\"><p data-start=\"1486\" data-end=\"1516\">Full name (or company name),<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1517\" data-end=\"1554\"><p data-start=\"1519\" data-end=\"1554\">Address of residence or business,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1555\" data-end=\"1574\"><p data-start=\"1557\" data-end=\"1574\">E-mail address,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1575\" data-end=\"1596\"><p data-start=\"1577\" data-end=\"1596\">Date of purchase,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1597\" data-end=\"1614\"><p data-start=\"1599\" data-end=\"1614\">Product name,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1615\" data-end=\"1634\"><p data-start=\"1617\" data-end=\"1634\">Purchase price,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1635\" data-end=\"1710\"><p data-start=\"1637\" data-end=\"1710\">Detailed description of the defect and circumstances of its occurrence,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1711\" data-end=\"1779\"><p data-start=\"1713\" data-end=\"1779\">Buyer\u2019s specific request (e.g., replacement, refund, or repair).<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li data-start=\"1781\" data-end=\"1978\">Additionally, the Buyer should attach <strong data-start=\"1819\" data-end=\"1840\">proof of purchase<\/strong>, such as a receipt, VAT invoice, or another sales document.<br data-start=\"1900\" data-end=\"1903\" \/>The Seller <strong data-start=\"1914\" data-end=\"1977\">does not accept cash-on-delivery or freight-collect parcels<\/strong>.<\/li><li data-start=\"1980\" data-end=\"2098\">The Seller must respond to the complaint <strong data-start=\"2021\" data-end=\"2048\">within 14 calendar days<\/strong> from the date the returned product is received.<\/li><li data-start=\"2100\" data-end=\"2200\">If the purchased product does not meet the terms of the sales agreement, the Buyer has the right to:<ul><li data-start=\"2202\" data-end=\"2253\"><p data-start=\"2204\" data-end=\"2253\">Request a replacement or repair of the product,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2254\" data-end=\"2284\"><p data-start=\"2256\" data-end=\"2284\">Request a price reduction,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2285\" data-end=\"2314\"><p data-start=\"2287\" data-end=\"2314\">Request a partial refund.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li data-start=\"2316\" data-end=\"2409\">If the complaint procedure is not followed as described, the Seller may reject the complaint.<\/li><\/ol><h3 data-start=\"2416\" data-end=\"2460\"><strong data-start=\"2421\" data-end=\"2460\">Withdrawal from the Sales Agreement<\/strong><\/h3><ol><li data-start=\"2462\" data-end=\"2724\">In accordance with Polish law, the Buyer has the right to <strong data-start=\"2520\" data-end=\"2572\">withdraw from the sales agreement within 14 days<\/strong> of receiving the product, without stating any reason, provided the product is returned to:<br data-start=\"2663\" data-end=\"2666\" \/>\ud83d\udce6 <strong data-start=\"2669\" data-end=\"2724\">ul. Mazowiecka 6\/8, lok. 414, 00-048 Warsaw, Poland<\/strong><\/li><li data-start=\"2462\" data-end=\"2724\">The Buyer may withdraw by sending a statement of withdrawal to <strong data-start=\"2794\" data-end=\"2817\"><a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"2796\" data-end=\"2815\">contact@seedweed.pl<\/a><\/strong>,or in any other clear manner, provided it is submitted within the required time frame.<\/li><li data-start=\"2462\" data-end=\"2724\">The Seller does not accept <strong data-start=\"2936\" data-end=\"2964\">cash-on-delivery returns<\/strong> or shipments sent at the Seller\u2019s expense.<\/li><li data-start=\"2462\" data-end=\"2724\">Returned products must be <strong data-start=\"3035\" data-end=\"3070\">complete, unused, and undamaged<\/strong>.<\/li><li data-start=\"2462\" data-end=\"2724\">When refunding a payment, the Seller will use the <strong data-start=\"3123\" data-end=\"3149\">same method of payment<\/strong> used by the Buyer unless another method is expressly agreed upon and does not incur additional costs for the Buyer.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Complaints Seed Weed takes full responsibility for ensuring that all products comply with the terms of the sales agreement.
